It is positioned south-facing and at a 1150m altitude, with a magnificent view over the mountains and Serre-Ponçon lake.

The house is located in Puy-Saint-Eusèbe in the French Hautes-Alpes department, 20 minutes away from Réallon ski resort and 30 minutes away from Orres ski resort, right at the gates of Écrins National Park and 10 minutes away from Embrun lake.

Puy-Saint-Eusèbe

The first thing written about Puy-Saint-Eusèbe village dates back to 1365.

We gave our house the name “La Baume”, an old French word which means “cavern inhabited by hermits” and a “shelter under a rock”.
